A Word from the Curator...
It is not a resort stay.
It is not a surface-level visit.
This is a fully immersive, all-inclusive cultural experience designed for those who are ready to unplug, simplify, and reconnect — to nature, to community, and to something deeper within.
For 7 days, you will step away from modern distractions and step into rhythm… into breath… into presence.
• Daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork
• Mountain walks and barefoot grounding
• Ocean immersion and beach excursions
• Farming, planting, and living from the land
• Cooking and sharing traditional Haitian meals
• Fishing and learning food preparation
• Cultural dance, music, and community gatherings
• Language exposure to Haitian Creole
• Candle gazing and mindfulness rituals
• Traditional lifestyle practices rooted in simplicity
This is not something you watch.
This is something you live.

Most people who say they’ve been to Haiti have only seen the surface.
This experience takes you beyond that.
You will not experience Haiti as a tourist…
You will experience Haiti through connection — through people, land, food, rhythm, and daily life.
You will leave not just having visited…
but having felt Haiti.

This retreat is intentionally designed to be minimalist and grounding.
• Shared or simple sleeping arrangements
• Limited electricity and water
• Outdoor bathing experiences
• Nature-based living
• Carry-on travel only (no checked bags on arrival)
• No emphasis on appearance or materialism
You won’t need more.
You’ll realize how little you actually do.
