Simply Stretch
• Duration: 50 minutes
• Description: A foundational assisted stretch session focusing on full-body mobility and tension release. The session is adjusted to your body’s unique tightness, using the power of touch, breathwork, and emotional release.
This session helps the body feel lighter, more open, and physically at ease, with subtle emotional clarity.


Tap & Unwind Assisted Stretch
• Duration: 75 minutes
• Description: Builds upon assisted stretching by adding myofascial release (foam rolling) and tapping, addressing deeper tension layers and fascia restrictions. Sessions are tailored to areas of chronic tightness or discomfort.
Subtle tension release may also create a sense of calm and lightness. This session leaves the body more mobile, tension-free, and fluid, while supporting gentle emotional balance.


The Rejuvenation Experience
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Description: A full-spectrum, immersive session combining assisted stretching, dry brushing, myofascial release, tapping, guided breathwork, and a Lymphatic Flow Oil Massage. Each session is tailored to maximize physical restoration, energy flow, and overall vitality.
This session delivers a comprehensive physical transformation, leaving the body energized, fluid, and aligned, with gentle emotional support.


Hoarders Without Borders: Hatha Yoga for Hoarders is an eight-week, transformative program that blends the ancient practices of Hatha Yoga with mindfulness to help individuals and their loved ones understand and overcome hoarding behaviors. Through movement, breathwork, and reflective practices, participants will gain clarity and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their relationship with possessions, improved physical and mental well-being, and practical tools for a more balanced life.


Couch to Yoga is a six-week program crafted for those who are new to yoga or have been leading a more sedentary lifestyle. We’ll start from the comfort of your couch and gradually build your strength, flexibility, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.
We’ll meet twice a week for 50 minutes each session, ensuring steady progress and personalized support.


Crops-to-Crop-Tops Farm Fitness is where wellness meets the soil. It’s a creative, full-body workout experience that transforms any garden — personal, community, or farm space — into an outdoor fitness studio. Participants move through customized workout stations inspired by natural farm motions. By the end of the season, your garden will be blooming — and so will you. You’ll walk away with fresh produce, a stronger body, and that “crop-top” confidence that only comes from putting in the work with the Earth.
