Step into the mystery of the season with this one-of-a-kind yoga experience. This 90-minute class invites you to explore your shadow side through mindful movement, deep breathwork, and soulful reflection.
We’ll begin with grounding meditation and intention setting, then flow into a blend of yin and dynamic sequences designed to release tension and awaken hidden energy. Breath practices like Ujjayi breathing and resonant Om chanting will set a mystical, transformative atmosphere, guided by a hauntingly beautiful Halloween-themed playlist.
To close, you’ll have the option to move freely in a celebratory dance jam, letting your spirit flow beyond the mat. Each participant will also receive a special adult trick-or-treat bag as a sweet reminder of the journey.

Hoarders Without Borders: Hatha Yoga for Hoarders

“Hoarders Without Borders” is an eight-week, transformative program that blends the ancient practices of Hatha Yoga with mindfulness to help individuals and their loved ones understand and overcome hoarding behaviors. Through movement, breathwork, and reflective practices, participants will gain clarity and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
What to Expect:
• Weekly Sessions: Two-hour sessions available both in-person and online for flexibility.
• Movement and Breathwork: Gentle yoga postures and pranayama techniques to release tension and enhance self-awareness.

Couch to Yoga: A Gentle Journey to Movement

“Couch to Yoga” is a six-week program crafted for those who are new to yoga or have been leading a more sedentary lifestyle. We’ll start from the comfort of your couch and gradually build your strength, flexibility, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.
What to Expect:
• Initial Connection: We’ll kick off by exploring what motivates you, what you enjoy, and how we can make this journey as comfortable and inspiring as possible.
• Assisted Stretching: In the beginning, I’ll guide you through gentle stretches, helping you become more aware of your body without any strenuous effort.
• Chair Yoga: We’ll introduce basic yoga poses using a chair, making it accessible and supportive.
• Gentle Floor Yoga: As you become more comfortable, we’ll transition to gentle floor yoga practices.
• Yin Yoga: We’ll incorporate deep, slow stretches to enhance flexibility and relaxation.
• Flow Yoga: We’ll move into gentle, flowing sequences that link breath with movement.
• Pilates Movements: We’ll add core-strengthening exercises to boost stability and posture.

Crops-to-Crop-Tops Farm Fitness is where wellness meets the soil. It’s a creative, full-body workout experience that transforms any garden — personal, community, or farm space — into an outdoor fitness studio. Participants move through customized workout stations inspired by natural farm motions: lifting soil bags for strength, watering rows for upper-body flow, weeding for squats and balance, harvesting for stretches and twists.
Each session blends cardio, strength training, yoga, and mindfulness, cultivating not only crops but confidence and connection. Whether you’re tending a backyard patch or working the land with goats and chickens by your side, every movement becomes a meditation in growth.
By the end of the season, your garden will be blooming — and so will you. You’ll walk away with fresh produce, a stronger body, and that “crop-top” confidence that only comes from putting in the work with the Earth.
