Tracy radiates beautiful positive vibes which is essential of a true yoga practitioner. Her ability to make classes fun while getting one to learn and practice yoga is a unique attribute. Tracy understands the true philosophy of yoga which makes learning with her that much more intense and meaningful. Wishing her the best always!

After having spinal fusion surgery two years ago, yoga was the first movement/exercise class I’ve done since, and I feel so much relief. In this 5-week yoga class, we did it all—from chair yoga, wall yoga, and face yoga to stability ball yoga. My body feels so good. I never imagined moving my body the way I did in this class. Thank you, Tracy!

Expect to go beyond the basic poses with her; I learned many new ones I had never heard of before. That’s the beauty of having Tracy as an instructor—she brings culture, wisdom, and laughter to every session. I look forward to working with her again. Tracy, you have definitely left a lasting impression on me. I was definitely in advanced yoga this time around, lol.

     I was positive I couldn’t do the exercises as proposed. After a couple of weeks with Tracy, I was amazed at how much movement I could get in my body and, frankly, how much better I felt after working with her. She had me stretching in new positions and actually feeling better at the end.

It was great. She was very good at giving instructions and demonstrating the movements. She played some standup comedy in the background which was a different type of twist to the session so I left feeling very decompressed and feeling good!
